Chef Abel holds a bachelor degree in culinary arts and foodservice management, he trained in different types of 5-star hotel across Malaysia. Chef Abel is specialized in French and European cuisines, who is very particular in practicing basic French culinary technique. At a young age, Chef Abel owned and managed a restaurant that specializes in French and European cuisine and operates other food business such as food stall, pop-up store, catering and food manufacturing business. Chef Abel provides young and fun environment to learn, as well as including food science knowledge in his class. He dedicates to share his expertise on French Culinary skills and knowledge to the young talents.
